What Information We Collect

Our application requires us to keep temporary data in a "session" cookie, which is deleted when you close your browser. Should we need to combine your personal and non-personal information, for example to provide you with support, we will then treat the aggregated data as personal and protect it accordingly.  Also, if we are going to start collecting new information, we will notify you of a change in this policy and describe in clear language what information we want to collect and use.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide our services and for internal purposes (eg. billing) only. When you register for our services, you will be asked to agree to the terms and conditions of the service and of this privacy policy. We will keep your personal information only as long as necessary. When your personal information is no longer required it will removed from our systems.

How We Protect Your Information

We use third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking and related technologies required to run our serices. Although we own the code, the databases and all rights to our software you retain all rights to your data. We employ industry standard design and technological safeguards, such as encryption, one-way hashing, firewalls and intrusion detection to ensure your personal information is not accessed by unauthorized parties.

By using Cubicle42's services or providing personal Information to us, you agree that we may communicate with you electronically regarding security, privacy, and administrative issues relating to your use of our services. If we learn of a security system's breach, we may attempt to notify you electronically by posting a notice on the service or sending an email to you. You may have a legal right to receive this notice in writing.
